The UKI Employer Brand team is responsible for employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate attraction and promoting the firm’s career opportunities across the UK and Ireland.

We’re recruiting for an Employer Brand Advisor to help us attract high quality candidates from a range of backgrounds and become the most favoured employer. You’ll support the delivery and ongoing management of our employer brand strategy, recruitment campaigns and initiatives across both student and experienced hire to remain competitive in our market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Employer Brand Manager, you will support the design and delivery of our national recruitment marketing campaigns to ensure we’re fulfilling the firm’s hiring needs
  • Creation of careers content including the preparation of briefs and liaising with our creative designers. You will demonstrate an advanced understanding of employer brand – including audience mindset, messaging, creative and implementation.
  • Support the annual strategy and day-to-day running of our existing careers social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and an internal employee advocacy tool
  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for recruitment stakeholders and external partners
  • Regular reporting on usage and performance of recruitment advertising and digital channels
  • Support with ad-hoc employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms etc.
  • Help define our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) messaging, and leverage that to create recruitment messaging that successfully tells our story to candidates and alumni

Job Requirements:

  • An advanced understanding of employer brand trends and best practice
  • Ability to participate in regular discussions with stakeholders across the UK about the strategic employer brand direction and impact on recruitment – serve as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple deliverables
  • Good relationship management and team working abilities
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • A background in employer branding gained either within an advertising agency or in-house team
