Job Responsibilities:
- To onboard new systems for support
- To complete application support stability projects to improve current operational processes
- To work with development teams to ensure change management process is implemented correctly
- To work to create proactive solutions to ensure systems are resilient
- To analyze and trend all incoming service request metrics to identify stability projects
- Shift work, core coverage is 7am to 7pm and 7am to 3pm and 11am to 7pm core shifts
- To provide direct user support for critical Prime Applications
- To provide support for all Prime business issues
- To develop, maintain and enhance monitoring solutions within the decided monitoring solution
- To work off the central ticketing queue to handle all incoming business requests during core business hours
- To ensure that the platform is operational for the business during all business hours
- To onboard new systems for support
