Job Requirements:

• Completed degree with a focus on HR or a similar background with initial work experience in human resources
• Very good knowledge of project management
• Communication and presentation security in German and English
• Initiative
• You will help capture the project requirements by collating and validating information
• You will be involved in process design and process harmonization
• You will help identify problem areas and eliminate them as quickly as possible
• You drive process standardizations and improvements to significantly increase quality and efficiency
