New opportunity for a talented Kronos (payroll) Administrator in our Melbourne Liquor Distribution Centre.Part-time opportunity – 16 hours per week, with the potential for weekend work. Job Responsibilities:

  • Advising Team leaders on Success Factors and Site specific pay processes to ensure weekly data entered by Ops is accurate for payroll purposes
  • Providing payroll governance with relation to payment strictly in accordance with the EA and any relevant legislation, and Woolworths policies and procedures
  • Completing payroll time & attendance activities to ensure timely and accurate payment of EA Team members each week
  • Reporting as required in accordance with the daily task sheet
  • Proactively liaising with relevant Ops management to advise any system or other issues which may affect timely and accurate payment of wages for their Team
  • Raising payroll cases with People Services and following up in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • A good team player and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Reliable; must have a good attendance and punctuality record
  • Excellent demonstrated safety record and commitment to safety of self and team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be trustworthy and demonstrate commitment to confidentiality

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum basic computer skills required
  • Previous payroll, finance or similar experience essential
  • Previous experience using Kronos highly desirable
  • The ability to have flexibility with roster and occasional weekend work
