We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Funky Pigeon Design team as a Loader & Tester of our Non-personalsied Cards. Based at our offices in Bristol, this is a varied position where you will have the opportunity to gain experience of a wide range of administration tasks within a fast paced and growing business.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist Non-personalised Card Project Manager with the loading and testing of all the non-personalised cards
- Prioritising of workload and loading and testing of new products
- Manage the administration tasks associated with getting new products on sale using a bespoke in-house system
- Assist with reporting production
- Providing effective administration support for smooth running of the product within the design Team
- Support Design team with product testing activities
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong PC skills – competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn in-house bespoke systems
- Adaptable and team player
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
