Job Responsibilities:
- version control and management of files in the global asset bank.
- assume total responsibility for user permissions and cleansing of the database in the global asset ban and on the franchisee contact list
- keep catalogue of brand policies for global operating systems
- support data entry into Star Chef platform as appropriate
- supporting the ops/training team in obtaining and updating training materials from the brand system that can be used internationally
- prepare any general comms required by international functions to be widely distributed amongst franchise community (bi-monthly newsletter, ad-hoc emails and any other formal communications)
- saving, photocopying, and filing legal documents in both the safe and on franchise drive legal folder and updating legal document summary spreadsheet
- team meetings – booking meeting rooms, attending, minute taking and distribution to the team. ensure agenda is prepared and follow up on actions completed. arrange invites for any additional HQ attendance
- support international team to obtain and deliver any information required by franchisees.
- preparation + admin support for big events including the organisation of accommodation, location, correspondence, merchandise, goodie bags
