The Cloud & Security programme is facing off into the Vodafone Business Operating Companies (OpCo) and IBM to ensure both parties are enabled to operate as part of the Vodafone/IBM Joint Venture. A series of projects will bring new products to market and require Vodafone to deliver pre-defined dependencies as part of the enablement.
- Manage the delivery of the project interfacing to internal suppliers, IBM, OpCo’s and the Vodafone Business stakeholder teams.
- The Project Manager determines, controls, monitors and reviews all project economics to include project costs, budgets, staffing requirements, project resources and project risk.
- Ensure that the project delivery adheres to the mandated Vodafone best practice methodology and processes. Ensure all programme team members are following methodology and processes.
- Creating a detailed project plan, identifying the resources required, project interdependencies and critical path, including all the activities that the business need to do to prepare for new technical or business components.
