Job Description
- Further to these objectives, the Government of Maharashtra has constituted the Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM), registered under the Societies Act 1860. A State Mission Management Unit has been constituted as a dedicated support structure to deliver the mission in the State. The MSRLM aims to build a team of high quality professionals for providing technical assistance to the districts in various thematic areas such as social inclusion, rural livelihoods human resource management, creating human and social capital, Economic Inclusion, Financial Inclusion, Sustainable livelihoods, monitoring and evaluation, MIS etc.

Job Requirements
- Knowledge to draft strategy and chapter on financial inclusion
- Knowledge of digital payment system
- Conceptualization and implementation of pilots on financial inclusion
- Experience of working with financial institutions and PSU banks in the field
- Initiation of Issue paper on SHG Bank Linkage in the State of Maharashtra ;
- Knowledge of linkage procedures as well as documentation necessary for linkage
- Familiarity with RBI rules and guidelines concerning financial inclusion
Jobs Responsibilities
- Enterprise Value business solutions for institutions of poor to transform the Finance function
- Familiarity with RBI rules and guidelines concerning financial inclusion
- Support on all the upcoming projects related to Financial Inclusions.
- Lead in developing tie-ups with banks and different financial institutions.
- Managing the database of the existing linkages and the prospective linkages under inclusion.
- Preparing report of the progress taking place under the inclusion process.
- Experience of having working with PSU Banks and Financial institutions in the field of Bank Linkage.
- Responsible for preparing cost estimate and budgets for financial inclusion vertical.
