Jobs Responsibilities

  • To lead/manage End to End service delivery and service assurance for customers Telecom products requirement
  • Work closely with Bid Management team to convert customer requirement proposal into contract
  • Constant Interacting with the virtual team to co ordinate progress and issue resolution to meet customer requirement and achieve target date
  • Interacting with end customer, customer senior managers and product managers, Bid Manager and Solution
  • Architect regularly to ensure the developments are in line with the customer requirements and obtain necessary approvals
  • Service arena
  • Preparing cost model for operational requirement expenditures
  • Business opportunities in the Customer
  • Preparing service solution document (Service Delivery / Assurance)
  • Lead the development of service designs and provide service solutions for new / existing customer
