Job Responsibilities:
- Clean resident suites according to schedule, including vacuuming, spot-cleaning, dusting, trash removal, laundry, etc., for resident apartments, kitchenettes, and restrooms.
- Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites according to schedule.
- Clean community common areas to schedule, including scheduled deep cleanings.
- Effectively collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience.
Job Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a desire to work with and around older adults and their families
- Project a positive and professional image at all times.
