Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Studio Assistant to support the day-to-day operational activities and uphold the high standards of the Superdry Ecommerce Studio and Studio Team in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Traffic & Production Manager and working closely with the Studio Producer, the Studio Assistant will have the opportunity to gain excellent hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, which will broaden as the team grows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Studio Team to ensure all shooting records are being kept up to date and appropriate information is communicated to the team
• Work with the Brand Creative team to support preparation for shoots
• Assist the Styling team with steaming and preparing samples for shoots
• Assist the Studio Producer on administration for model bookings, purchase orders and their associated tracking processes
• Assist the Studio Producer with hosting external talent onsite during shoot days
• Someone with a strong level of written and verbal communication
• Moderate level of Excel/ Spreadsheet experience with a willingness to learn new skills
• Responsible, with the ability to confidently organise and prepare product
• Competent with some problem solving and decision-making ability
• Proactive in supporting the team and enthusiastic to learn
• Excellent in time management
