Job Description:
As part of Dell’s Security & Resiliency organization, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team delivers and supports processes and technologies used to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and their access to Dell resources. As an IAM Federation Specialist, you will partner with subject matter experts and other project team members to provide solutions for critical global projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer engagements
- Manage federation configurations
- Act as a technical security subject matter expert to design and implement the test script and test scenarios that validate the health of SSO user experience and prevent customer issues
- Provide first level of support for SSO related incidents
- Creating and improving guidelines for onboarding customers and applications to Dell SSO platform
- Perform support and maintenance activities on the Dell SSO platform
- Ensure that Dell SSO platform is operated according to Dell security and Change management standards
Job Requirements:
Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
- 3+ years of PingFederate experience
- Strong understanding of Authenticating technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, WS-FED authentication and other authentication methods.
- Experience in troubleshooting SSO related issues using tools such as Fiddler
- Strong experience with networking stack (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL)
- Integration applications via Reference or OpenToken adapter
- Experience in developing OGNL scripts
- Experience of monitoring technologies stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk and Dynatrace. Ability to design dashboard, aggregated queries, and alerts
- Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab and Linux knowledge
- Good understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, load balancing, certificate management) and troubleshooting web applications
