Job Description:

As an Alarm Monitoring Operator you will respond to alarm signals, dispatch the appropriate police or service vendors, and manage inbound calls related to alarm system issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property
• Dispatch the police or service vendors and handle inbound calls relating to alarm system issue

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Ability to learn new applications quickly
• Type 40 WPM
• Speak, Read & Write English
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to talk/listen on the phone while performing other duties
• Reliable attendance
• Flexibility to work weekends or other shifts
• Ability to perform independently
