The Global Talent Acquisition Technology Product Owner is a product portfolio leader managing the recruiting and onboarding stack of homegrown and vendor solutions, supporting Talent Acquisition (TA). This leader sits within HR Technology, HR Services – a shared service – and is a digital partner who advises the TA Leadership team, develops product strategies, and operationalizes recruiting business requirements into technology solutions. The TA Tech Product Owner will secure investments for digital transformation and implementation of large-scale solutions while delivering integrations, providing operations direction, and scaling adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to identify and deliver technology solutions using Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking
  • Provide leadership and direction to shape and prioritize the technology roadmap in support of TA and HR strategies
  • Accountable for influencing and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive decision-making and enable how TA attracts, selects, and hires talent
  • Oversee and drives continuous optimization of existing solutions including, but not limited to, sourcing, recruitment marketing, assessment, and onboarding tools.
  • Lead a team with hybrid skills to run necessary workshops to gather input from the business across the hiring lifecycle to identify opportunities and problems to solve
  • Drive strategic TA imperatives and tactical business plans with meaningful initiatives and actions for the IT/vendor teams to build or implement
  • Experience in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience with technology or partnering or working in IT
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking
  • Experience in Workday or other HR Technology Solutions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Job Requirements:

  • Experience developing and presenting business cases to executives and executing on business strategies
  • Experience using digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, Mural, Box
  • Experience leading CRM/ATS technology implementations or equivalent large-scale technology implementations
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects of direct and indirect team members across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures across the world
  • Experience leading technology vendors and procurement processes
