The PayPal Customer Success Organization is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join its Customer Self Service Solutions team. This team is responsible for design and develop self service solutions to provide assistance that enables the customers to successfully use PayPal products. We are a strategic part of the PayPal business plan to enable operational efficiencies and revenue enablement through self-service opportunities through chatbot, voice, contextual help and NLP Management. As a member of this team, you will assist us in building the world class self-service solutions by leveraging PayPal platforms and products. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate planning, backlog grooming, sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Collaborate with product owners, design, and engineering to collectively define the team’s work
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of Jira and Clarizen
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
