Job Description:
To plan, design and manage the distribution of quality client-facing documentation in line with company strategy and regulatory requirements, including the bulk distribution of electronic communication.
Job Responsibilities:
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Business Communication Consultant:
- Plan, compile & manage communication for bulk distribution to clients & intermediaries
- Gather, analyse, investigate and interpret all information received by various stakeholders before communication is drafted
- Interpret integrity of high volumes of client & intermediary data
- Interpret and implement changes in the wording of documents as is required by the plain language standards of the CPA and TCF
- Utilise behavioural economics principles to enhance client experience
- Assist with the development and design of client newsletters and member guides
- Proofread, translate and edit documents as required by the business
- Research best practise principles to apply in communication and document design
- User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Day-to-day management of Glacier’s electronic communication to clients and intermediaries
Job Requirements:
- A degree in communication or document design
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in an investment environment where written communication and/or document design was required
- Advanced Excel & MS Word skills
- The following will be to your advantage:
- Experience with tools such as Everlytic and D365 Sales
- Web-based and social media qualifications
- Creative writing skills
- Degree with 3 years experience.
- Technical advice and support
- Assist with production target achievement
- Compliance
- Partnership and network building
