Job Description:

Within the framework of the Onshore division, in connection with the LNG regasification and cryogenic storage terminal projects, we are looking for a Procurement Manager – Coordinator (F / M).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes related to materials, services and subcontracting to meet the needs of projects, assets and business, according to defined strategies and optimizing costs and delivery requirements;

• Ensure the definition of the necessary prior agreements with suppliers during the commercial phase, cooperate with the legal function in the negotiation of specific contractual clauses for purchase documents and provide assistance in the management of subcontracting;

• Ensure the correct application of penalties in accordance with contractual clauses;

• Coordinate supplier assessment and qualification processes;

• Visualize the availability of supply resources and the optimization of their allocation;
• Ensure compliance with the code of ethics and the internal control system;
• Ensure professional training and development plans;
• Facilitate access to new markets and support the execution of projects in order to maximize savings;
• Ensure that global and strategic procurement activities support projects;
• Promote the dissemination of policies, standards, directives and work instructions within the Purchasing function;
• Contribute to the management of risks related to supply activities, ensuring compliance with internal rules;
