Job Responsibilities:
- Support and guide S&CS matters for projects related to various project stages (exploration, descriptive profiling, shelf life testing) in CIF, TIF and Champions projects.
- Support and guide S&CS matters for liquid testing, working with Insights team.
- Support the SPM (Strategic Product Monitoring) and CPT (Competitiveness product Testing) programs for the Zone
- Lead the Shelf life testing program for projects
- Support Brewing in formulation discussions for products and legal considerations
- Support the I & T Pillar programs including SUEP requirements
- Support Global initiatives and projects and role out and adopt programs
- Interface with regions for sensory role out in new products
- Facilitate and assure the validation of Marketing claims made relating to product intrinsic
Job Requirements:

- Tertiary Qualification in Food Science/Consumer Science
- Brewing diploma or qualification would be advantageous
- 5+ years experience in Food/Flavour/Sensory position in FMCG organization or supporting industry
- Strong interpersonal & people skills to deal with all levels of stakeholders
- Organizing, planning & controlling
- Excellent communication skills
- Promoting organizational learning & knowledge management
- Efficient networker between departments, Zones & Global partners
