Job Description:
As a Product Recruiter, Design, you’ll join our ProdX recruiting squad as a senior member of the team and will focus on building Robinhood’s Design teams. You’ll partner closely with our Head of Design and Design Managers to execute on hiring priorities. Job Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Robinhood to our amazing candidates. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships
- Acting as a recruiting consultant to senior business partners – including but not limited to, improving hiring/interview process, running interviewer trainings, and building candidate proficiency matrices
- Partnering with Product leadership to cement Robinhood’s employment brand in the Design space
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies that extend beyond LinkedIn (familiarity with market mapping, using tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
- Implementing and executing recruiting programs to attract top talent
- Providing regular status reports to our leadership team and ensuring that candidate data is accurate and up to date
- Maintaining professional and courteous candidate communication
- Fostering long-term relationships with prospective candidates
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- In-house experience hiring for Product, Design, or User Research teams, ideally at a high-growth tech company
- A commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams and a motivation to implement diversity recruiting best practices
- You think of hiring as a partnership and have the gift to successfully work with all different personalities regardless of hierarchy
- Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance
- You can think on your feet, but have enough humility to ask questions
- Passionate about helping build teams that ship high quality consumer products
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Stellar candidate management and negotiation skills
- Subject matter expertise in handling complex equity offerings (RSUs, Options, etc), and coaching candidates through those offerings.
- Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
- Ability to be creative and resourceful
