Job Description
- Coordinate and carry out compliance audit activities to ensure that the Privatized Companies Affairs Department act within the ambit of authorisations granted by Qatar Petroleum from time to time
- Oversee the corporate compliance program to ensure the privatized companies are in compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements set by regulators for privatized companies, and that the companies’ policies and procedures are being followed.
Job Requirements
- Have 8 years post qualification work experience in a relevant field.Possess strong analytical skills and be able to resolve complex problems in a tactful way.Preferably fluent in both English and Arabic.
- BA in law or accounting.A qualified Company Secretary, Lawyer, Internal Auditor, or Compliance professional.
