In this role you’ll be responsible for the incoming and outgoing mail, receipt of special deliveries, replenishing washroom stock and waste management.

As mailroom general assistant you will organise and receipt incoming mail, stamp/frank outgoing mail and ensure that all cross charge coding is accurate. You will assist with the administration of the access control services by issuing new and replacement passes and undertaking general administration of the system.

As the mailroom general assistant, you will be supporting the reception services by taking deliveries, greeting contractors and visitors, issuing appropriate access and maintaining security.

You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
