- Know the VW and Audi models.
- Know the retail motor industry.
- Aware of vehicle financing.
- Know administrative & clerical procedures, Fica.
- Know the local and international motor industry.
- Smooth operating of Microsoft office package.
- VW and Audi training will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Kerridge, Motovate, Dealer gateway, leads system and imperial bid, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media marketing.
- A valid driver’s license.
- 2-3 years motor sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets, Units, GP, & CSI Targets
- Skills and Personal Attributes
- Identify trading opportunities.
- Effectively understanding and interpreting customer behaviours and emotions.
- Self-motivated priority-setting and time management.
- To be capable of conversing with people in a lucid and pleasant manner.
- To valuate vehicles accurately will be an advantage.
- To be available at all times to assist Sales Exec’s.
