Job Description:
To service pension and risk fund clients by attending to queries and ensuring funds are processed accurately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of data uploads; ensure that the data is in line with the policy conditions and ensure the accuracy of data
- Taking ownership of queries and ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively
- Reconcile the premium debtor’s account, credit control and facilitate refunds where necessary
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation as per departmental guidelines in order to meet client needs
- Effectively utilise IT systems to ensure accuracy of documentation
- Ensure adherence to organisational best practice and legislative requirements
- Adhere to policies and procedures and take corrective action where necessary
- Ensure all risks are mitigated and escalated where necessary
- Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly
- Engage in effective communication and deliver according to SLA’s
- Maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Maintain broad product knowledge in order to effectively and accurately respond to customer queries
Job Requirements:

- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years Employee Benefits experience will be beneficial
- Industry knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Advanced MS Excel skills
