Up for a new challenge and feel you can make a difference? The Claims Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual as an Assessing Manager to oversee effective operations, vehicle assessments and repairs for Broker/Direct/Digital claims for Personal and Business Insurance.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Applicable post-matric qualification will be advantageous
• Abuntex Certified
• Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in claims in the Short-Term Insurance Industry
• Minimum 3 years assessing management experience
• Solid understanding of claims procedures/processes and administration, vehicle assessment, as well as call centre management
• Sound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Assessments and repairs
• Sound knowledge of operations, systems and procedures pertaining to the Assessing Department
• Redefining processes and procedures to optimize efficiencies within the Assessing Department
• Managing average repair costs
• Ensure efficient service quality standards to clients, brokers and third parties
• Reporting and Administration
• Quality, compliance and accreditation
• Ability to apply Business Rules and Processes
