Job Description:

To identify, build, and maintain good relationships between doctors and specialists and Mediclinc to grow and develop the business

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships and manage doctor referrals to the hospital
• Manage communications with doctors and referral partners
• Ensure that data is transferred into Management Information
• Facilitate the establishment and Practice Development  for new Doctors
• Conduct research on doctor and specialist professional needs
• Provide assistance with the sourcing and recruitment of new doctors
• Control department budgets / finances
• Lead and manage the Doctor Relationship Officer

Job Requirements:

• ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:  Relevant Tertiary qualification
• DESIRED EDUCATION: Relevant Degree
• ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  3 years or more experience in service-oriented environment/operations; Healthcare Relationship Building; Business Retention
• DESIRED EXPERIENCE:  5 years or more experience within the healthcare sales industry/business development
• Business retention
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Networking skills
• Private healthcare industry knowledge
• Doctor relationship policies and procedures
• Numerical reasoning
• Business Acumen
• Research; trend analysis and statistics
• Sales skills
• Marketing and public relations
