Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the solutions lead for all UX engagements across IT to create alignments with business process and function groups (e.g. Advisory, Marketing, Knowledge and Collaboration Management and HR)
- Craft design artifacts like personas, wireframes, journey maps, experience maps, user flows, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes to test, evangelize and deliver your ideas
- Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department while integrate new team members to bring the teams and their ideas together
- Define the Omni channel application experience product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross functional team of Product Owners, Analysts, Developers and User Experience Designers to define innovative and simplified experiences for enterprise products
- Apply methodologies of Design Thinking, facilitate workshops, work closely with clients, and ensure there are no obstacles from innovative pathways
Job Requirements:
- Experience working collaboratively with researchers, designers and product managers; with an understanding of digital product development processes from discovery to post launch measurement; proven experience identifying customer experience insights and user needs that help bridge research, design and product solutions and decisions that are aligned with overall business strategy
- Ability tell a story and influence by leveraging data, as well as synthesize and translate large, complex volumes of insights into concise and visual narratives
- Minimum ten years of experience in digital customer experience, insights, and/or user research within teams that are responsible for digital products
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree preferred
