Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting reports including loss of profits quantum reports, investigations reports, sections of pleadings, witness statements for financial issues
- Analysis of financial and digital evidence
- Identifying dispute resolution mechanisms and resolving disputes
- Leading fraud and forensic investigations
- Advising clients in relation to accounting and financial issues
- Managing new and existing client relationships
- Assisting on accounting aspects of fraud, financial and regulatory investigations, compliance and risk assessments
Job Requirements:
- Compliance related experience
- Business intelligence gathering capability
- An understanding of corporate transactions
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to problem solve and analyse and assimilate data quickly
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to multitask high pressurised engagements with sensitive / adversarial situations and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Forensic accounting experience across investigations and commercial disputes desirable but not essential
