- Taking orders from his/her Chef de Partie and carry them out in the correct manner.
- Being responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding mis-en-place and food storage.
- Working to the specifications received by the Chef de Partie regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index
- Attending daily meeting with the Chef de Cuisine and other meetings as requested by the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef
- Organising together with the Chef de Partie shifting in the section with regard to mise en place production and its service.
- An experience of working in a 5 star hospitality environment would be viewed as highly desirable
- You must have good understanding of recipes and cooking, with time management skills, as well as the capability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- You will also be a team player and customer service ability will be excellent.
- You should possess a minimum of 3 years experience in Culinary/complete apprentice
