Jobs Responsibilities
- Continuous engagement with portfolio customers and documentation of interaction
- Ensure the right customer is raced to the right portfolio
- Maintain record of complaints and ensure their resolution
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy
- Monitor account balances and closures
- Understand profile of customers and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Promote Digital Banking services
- Handle calls according to defined standards
- Ensure regular interaction with your customers and pro-actively assess customer needs
- Manage the attrition rate of customers
