Job Responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – Payroll to join Human Resources Department in Al Qasr Hotel.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Is the main point of contact for all payroll related queries, ensuring colleagues are provided with excellent customer service via self-service/HR Link
  • Run Interim and month-end payroll and reconcile reports
  • Validates various payroll reports against run results
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
  • As part of the month end process, assists with reconciliation of reports, checking for discrepancies and contacting HR teams with any queries

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Intermediate level of written and verbal business English

  • Experience of working with payroll systems, e.g. Oracle & Oasys (Essential)
  • Experience of working with Sharepoint or other company intranet system (Desirable)Intermediate level – Microsoft Office applications
  • Completed High School (Essential)
