Job Description:

As Data Analytics Engineer on our Test Engineering team, you will execute data analytics projects for process improvement, defect reduction, and predictive maintenance for manufacturing and business applications.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform custom application development projects, interface with customers, execute project plans, and support production.
  • Complete assignments with detailed instructions in the design and/or project management of new and current projects under technical guidance of higher level engineers or departmental management.
  • Evaluate opportunities for defect prevention based on standard or accepted solutions.
  • Prepare evaluation reports, analyze discrepancies, and make recommendations for product, test equipment, procedures and manufacturing or operating processes that improve productivity and quality and reduce flow time.
  • Interact with internal organizations to assist in resolving design, development, productions and acceptance issues.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding technological advances that improve productivity and quality, reduce flow time, and enhance operational surety.
  • Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established ES&H requirements to ensure the protection of associates, the public, and the environment. Take actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. Every associate has the right and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions or actions are identified.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • US citizenship in order to obtain and maintain U.S. Dept of Energy “Q” level security clearance.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analytics from ABET Accredited Institution
