Job Description:

ExxonMobil is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of the ExxonMobil Chemical Company (EMCC) supply chain and contribute to the success of a growing chemical business. Supply planning supervisors lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement appropriate plans to maintain supply/demand balances and optimize inventories within and across regions. This position will be located at our headquarters facilities in Spring, Texas. As part of ExxonMobil, you can expect to rotate through two to three assignments in the first approximately six years allowing for a variety of experiences to build skills and knowledge. Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMCC Supply Chain, other functions/business lines within EMCC, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate monthly S&OP process, actively participating with cross-functional business team
• Supervise direct report(s) to develop and implement product movement plans
• Collaborate with Demand Planners, Sales, and Global Supply Planners to forecast demand
• Work closely with Production Scheduler(s) and Manufacturing sites to optimize production
• Interface with Logistics Coordinators and 3rd party providers to resolve constraints
• Lead Quick Response Teams to proactively manage execution to mitigate customer impacts
• Develop and execute supply chain projects to drive value chain capture/creation

Job Requirements:

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or other technical degree from an accredited university
• 3-5 years supply chain experience, petrochemical/chemical/refinery industry preferred
• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Proactive, with an ability to anticipate, identify and resolve potential issues
• Familiarity with SAP applications a plus
