Job Description:

Responsible for effective implementation of contracts, evaluation, risk assessment, administration and contracts dispute resolution by providing  professional contract management services and controls required by the Contracts Management department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in contract management and individual outage strategies.
• Provide support and advisory service on the selection and compilation of a contract.
• Provide support to Commercial in tender evaluation, negotiation and adjudication.
• Provide professional advice during the contract documentation stage.
• Provide support and advice in outage risk assessment and profiling.
• Provide support and advice in the management of contracts to the outage manager
  throughout the life cycle of the outage.
• Provides support to Commercial and the outage manager.
• Provide contract management services for the outage management department and outages.

Job Requirements:

• B.Degree/ BTech/ National Higher Diploma in Commerce/Law/Contracts Management/Technical at NQF level 7 with 360 credits
• 5 years experience in Multi discipline contract and outage management experience
