Job Description:
To provide efficient and effective procurement processes of goods and services (i.e. high value, high risk), timeously, within budget and in accordance with procurement policies, procedures and practices

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute integrated sourcing and procurement process and follow prescribed procedures towards fulfilling procurement needs.
- Execute purchases of goods and services and manage procurement administration.
- Negotiation and coordinates conclusion of agreement with suppliers to meet customer
expectations. - Perform dual adjudication of tenders and management of contracts/purchases orders within
set policies and standards. - Access, analyse procurement information independently.
- Use own discretion to manage problems / risks and make recommendations timeously.
- Build and maintain healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships
Job Requirements:
- National Diploma/National N Diploma in Commerce/Transport Logistics & Supply Chain Management at NQF 6 with 240 credits
- 3 years related minimum experience in Commercial/Supplier Management experience
- SAP Materials Management Module
