Job Description:

DIB is looking for a Senior Assistant – ATM/CDM to join our Cards Product Team under Consumer Banking, to support ATM business team, financial, operational, customers and processes to achieve set objectives, and other responsibilities such as:

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong ability & Knowledge to identify the ATM locations precisely.
• Meet the landlords and support the initial negotiations
• Strong ability and to raise ATM installation project and suggest viable solutions.
• Strong Ability to devise practical and effective technical solutions that can be quickly implemented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build productive relationships across the business.
• Analyze any reported problems, plans and proposes solutions
• Perform final user acceptance testing.
• Support the ATM execution strategy
• Support the day to day activities of ATM business
• Ensure the ATMs look & feel are as per the standard during the site visit.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience of senior management at major business
• Well experienced in ATM Channel, great knowledge in UAE ATM market is essential
• 3-4 Years’ experience in similar position & work environment
• Knowledge of Channel Support, ATM Site Survey, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge, Self Service and Kiosk knowledge, and ATM Security Knowledge
