Job Responsibilities:
- You’ll design, deliver and evaluate Talent Development solutions that include Career Development, Succession Planning and Talent Mobility
- You’ll drive proficiency development in line wth the corporate objectives, building Talent programs that focus on the critical competenices identified for Dubai Airports and its employees success
- You’ll work closely with the wider HR, ensuring a collaborative and integrated program design approach
- You’ll work to build a data-driven Talent reporting approach, encorporating talent metrics and targets in alignment with the HR startegy and business objectives
Job Requirements:
- You’ll be educated to a degree level in Psychology or HR Management
- You should have at least 5 years’ work experience within Talent Development programs
- You must have project management experience
- You should have previous experience dealing with senior business stakeholders
