Reception and administrative for the branch

Job Responsibilities:
- All Reception responsibilities, answering of telephones, taking messages, assisting with general enquiries, ordering of refreshments, making courier bookings.
- Finance administration, invoicing, filing and general assistance to the finance team.
Job Requirements:
- Basic finance experience advantageous.
- CW1 experience advantageous.
- 2 years’ experience in a Reception or Administrative role
- Matric (essential)
- Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- CW1 experience advantageous.
- The applicant must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- The applicant must be motivated, a team player, responsible, tolerate, proactive and portray a positive attitude.
- Own transport is required.
- Must have excellent people skills
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Must always be neat and organized.
