The successful applicants will join the programme and be fast tracked through the call centre. Once you have achieved all the goals we set out for you, you will get the opportunity to serve as a Customer Relationship Manager or Team Leader in our service business.
To join our team you must preferably have experience as a call centre consultant, including the ability to handle a broad range of customer service inquiries including offering assistance to both business customers and consumers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in BCom Management or Finance
- Must have previous Leadership Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and cope in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- To have passion for service
- To be a self-driven individual
