Job Description:

Serves as a senior compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm’s risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM product and function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing comparative data and preparing regional and global reports related to monitoring and compliance related issues. Analyze and aggregate monitoring results from all monitoring units and review to identify trends and areas of emerging risks and prepare communication to stakeholders. Assist in preparing regional and global reports related to monitoring and monitoring issue. Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements. Identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Preparing, editing and maintaining Compliance program related materials. Track and follow-up with Monitoring Units in regards to submission of monitoring plans, modifications to plan, and quarterly monitoring results.
• Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance monitoring program and practices for ICRM.
• Support coordination efforts, as part of any required implementation changes to the Monitoring program.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Support ICRM Monitoring teams as a “Monitoring SME” and participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance Monitoring programs and practices for ICRM.
