Job Description:
Our Corporate service department is the backbone of our organization. Our HR family plays a major role in inspiring people, upbringing the cultural values and also immensely work together to enhance the Employee journey.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer employee’s attendance, leaves, vacations and overall absenteeism
- Follow up with all employees concerning medical certificates for sick leaves, and out of office/absence forms
- Issue/cancel access cards in adherence to security policies
- Handle all medical insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies for employees’ collections
- Ensure the adherence of all employees to organization’s personnel rules and regulations
- Prepare welcome kits for new employee orientation sessions
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner
- Implement activities under minimal supervision
Qualification & Experience:
- University Degree Business Administration, or any other related field
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field or a similar field
