Job Responsibilities:
- Balance production according to customer flow and freshness constraints while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, traceability and quality rules
- Perform product and material checks
- Manage manufacturing and sales schedules.
- Label products
- Prepare customer orders
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of products and the cold chain.
- Good culinary mastery and taste.
- Ability to work in a team and customer service.
- Holder of a CAP specialized in butchery and / or 2 to 3 years of experience in the trade.
