Job Responsibilities:

The Operations Co-ordinator reports to the State Ops Manager in StarTrack Courier (STC). STC is a specialised courier and distribution business that offers same day delivery to B2C and B2B customers nationally.

The role of the Operations Co-ordinator is to manage the day-to-day operations of staff, contractors and systems to ensure STC delivers quality of service in line with its national business plans.

Job Requirements:

The Operations Coordinator calls for someone with experience in an operational environment and the courier industry – in particular, critical freight and courier delivery.

You will be highly organised with proven ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and requests in order to meet tight deadlines.

We are looking for someone with experience in training drivers on technology based hand-held devices and strong customer service experience – involving direct contact with customers on the provision of services internal service standards and customer SLAs.
