Job Description:
You’ll be a trusted partner to the business by providing timely, relevant and regular MI through objective analysis, commentary and recommendations based on facts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the production and distribution of timely, accurate and fit for purpose management information on a regular and ad hoc basis and associated analysis for the Customer Service Team
- Ensure MI is presented in a format to engage the audience and promote decision making and actions
- Preparation of packs in a variety of formats for senior executive committees and stakeholders at all levels
- Review, amend and create MI procedures and processes ensuring all are robust, efficient and accurately documented whilst pro-actively seeking to improve these on an ongoing basis
- Investigate and resolve any data issues arising out of routine MI
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all AFS products, processes and systems and the available MI data sources and reports
Job Requirements:
- Excellent experience in extracting information and reporting in a variety of formats and programming languages – (SQL, PowerBI, Excel)
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in proactively analysing and presenting information from multiple data sources
- Experience in analysing Management Information to determine trends and performance
- Ability to be Insightful and place data within context
- Good relationship management skills at all levels
- Good communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able to translate complex / technical issues to meet the audience’s competency level
