Job Responsibilities:
- Create / assist in creating engaging stories and content based on our customer journeys with Altron FinTech.
- Assist in the creation of new engaging material by providing direction for subject matter experts, both internal and external.
- Assist in the creation of customer testimonials, interviews and case studies by interviewing and engaging with the relevant stakeholders.
- To generate ideas and content, use industry best practices and a thorough understanding of the organisation’s objective.
- Assist in the compilation of thought leadership in the correct tone, paperwork organisation, and other administrative duties.
- Organise writing schedules to meet deadlines for content drafts.
- Writing and editing video scripts and advert copy to provide the creative team with workable material for the development of visual content.
- Writing website copy and customer guides, as well as revising and reviewing existing content.
- Incorporating editorial calendars into the team’s project management tool to keep project flows organised and timely delivery of materials.
- Provide feedback on subject matter experts’ performance by tracking and analysing KPIs and bringing ideas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Journalism or Bachelor of Creative Writing
