Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the plant maintenance, machinery and spares inventory functions are optimized
• Achievement of agreed production yield target by minimizing wastage and application of lean management principles
• Managing production operations in meat processing and management cover as operations manager
• Ensure smooth operations of production of meat and poultry products at the right specification, quality standards and production schedule in order to achieve the business targets and market customer demands

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge and competency at high level with regard to all facets of meat and poultry processing operations, processes, equipment and systems
• Strong communication in English
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences or Engineering (with MBA desirable)
• Have at least 15 years’ progressive meat, poultry and food processing management experience in Food Services industry
