Job Requirements:
- Analysis of the impact of the transformation on the organization, the profession, the tools and the culture of the company;
- Definition of the change management strategy and plan, in connection with the impacts collected and analyzed;
- Engagement of Sponsors and stakeholders in the transformation using innovative methodologies and digital tools;
- Measurement of engagement and adoption of new organizations, new processes and new tools.
- Benchmarks and diagnostics of the HR function in all its components: Administrative Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Remuneration Policy, Talent and performance management, Professional training and skills development;
- Design of operational models aimed at optimizing the organization through shared service centers or by outsourcing certain processes;
- Simplification of HR processes, in particular through automation or robotization;
- Repositioning of the HR function as a catalyst for transformation by using the power of available data, analysis tools available on the market and with artificial intelligence technologies.
