Job Description:
The Learning and Development Manager focuses upon the management of a team who execute activities around identifying the relevant skills required across the organisation/local market, building associated capability and relevant training programmes which ensure existing skills are retained and new skills are introduced within market/s as required. They will support the business to identify learning needs and conduct skills gap analysis, providing digital learning solutions accordingly, (for example, online, virtual and blended), ensuring that local market strategy drives a high performance culture to support the delivery of the corporate strategy. Typically reports to the Senior Learning and Development Manager, or may report to the Head of HR/COE.
