Job Description:
Responsible for consultation to the internal and/or external customer. Possess expertise in the customer area he/she supports and has technical understanding of the business unit’s systems, capabilities, and respective technologies. Analyze customer processes and requirements. Prepare specified project documentation. Assist in business process redesign as needed. Maintain communication with customer and team members and promote a team environment

- Develops improvement and enhancement to current solutions
- Create and facilitate training programs and knowledge articles
- Understanding of business principles
- Develops solutions to existing problems/issues
- Develops compliance and adherence to principle
- Consults with business managers
- Develops project scope
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience required.
- Solid knowledge of analysis and product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
- 5+ years of prior experience as a technical analyst working within an enterprise IT organization
- While not a developer, candidate should possess a high-level understanding of IT systems and architecture to support discussions and communications
- Strong multi-tasker, proven experience handling multiple roles and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional, global teams to deliver commitments on-time and on-budget
- Excellent analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and agile tools (JIRA, TFS/Azure DevOps)
- ‘Can do’ attitude, willing to take on new challenges with a desire to continually grow
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
