Job Description:

Set & enable standardized key operations performance indicators (KPI’s) & supporting measures across all operations to enable consistent reporting and aligned performance management.

Work closely with the Transformation Office to ensure all initiatives quantification are realistic accurate and practical.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a gatekeeper between within the Energy Business with regards to performance measurement.
  • Track business performance and results for all Energy Business Streams against targets or expectations.
  • Analyse results to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide independent input to Energy Leadership on Energy business performance & gap closure recommendations.
  • Benchmark internal performance & practices.
  • Track business improvement plans and coordinate business scorecards including the cascading and tracking thereof.
  • Continually monitor and evaluate projects, though out each phase, to ensure that it is meeting budgetary and deadline goals.
  • Analyse line reporting input for accuracy and compliance.
  • Set-up, track and report on KPI’s.
  • Prepare comprehensive integrated progress reporting, cost, time, risk, change.
  • Collaborate with line own line lead initiatives to set-up the Energy Business full potential targets.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining reports addressing all aspects of initiative project development and execution.
  • Implement Sasol’s risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework and prepare comprehensive risk and change management reports.
  • Advise Transformation Office on potential deviations and track all potential and approved variations.
  • Review source data and provide input to transformation office on business case analysis.
  • Foster subject matter expertise in identified disciplines and drive innovation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the OME.

Job Requirements:

  • University Bachelor’s Degree
  • 11+ relevant years
