Job Description:

Establishing, maintaining and advancing internal and external business and stakeholder relationships. Management of a portfolio of clients including brokers and schemes ensuring adherence to SLA’s.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients (brokers / schemes) and own the queries and client
• Be the representative for overall SGR teams and contact point for client.
• Setup regular pro-active meetings with the client to ensure direct face to face interaction.
• Arrange training for the client where required
• Promote value add of the servicing team within SGR and greater Sanlam.
• Enhance customer satisfaction
• Execute relationship strategy and promote cross-selling opportunities
• Promote service and product deliveries
• Facilitate and/ resolve customer enquiries, complaints and grievances
• Monitor workflow incidents related to the portfolio to ensure adherence to SLA’s
• May be required to travel to the client
• Establish maintain and advance business and stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Compiling of reports and / or any other documentation required for the client (including welcome packs)

Job Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• A valid driver’s license and own transport
• 1-3 years’ experience in Retirement Fund/Group Risk administration, with specific experience in managing the Client Relationship preferred
• Knowledge of the Group Risk and or Retirement Fund administration industry
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
